Returning an Item
You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
To begin, contact us at info@maven-london.com with your order number and reason for return. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Refund Process
Once your returned item arrives, it will be checked for eligibility. If approved, a refund will be made to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable, and actual processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
We do not handle direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please complete the return for a refund and place a new order.
Cancelling Orders
If you wish to cancel, please notify us promptly. Orders already shipped or processed may not be possible to cancel.
