Returning an Item
You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be:
- unused
- unworn
- with all original tags attached
- in their original packaging
To begin a return, contact us at info@maven-london.com with your order number and reason for return. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Process
Once your returned item arrives, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note:
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable
- Bank or card providers may take additional time to complete the refund
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Cancelling Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us immediately at info@maven-london.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
