Import Duties & VAT for UK Customers
All prices shown on our website include applicable VAT. Orders shipped to the United Kingdom do not require customers to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery. Maven London covers these charges.
Order Processing
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your details. Orders are normally processed within 0–2 business days (Monday to Friday). When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Time

Running Late?
If the maximum processing and shipping time has passed and your order has not arrived, please allow up to 2 additional business days.

Order Cancellations
